Senior Architectural Technologist - Limerick Office
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Limerick Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high‑quality detailing. You will take a leading role in the detailed design and construction phases of our projects, ensuring full compliance with all relevant Building and Statutory Regulations.
Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:
Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Lead.
Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, tender documentation, detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages.
Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist teams.
Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project stages.
Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical queries as they arise.
Support and mentor junior team members as part of their professional development.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
7–10 years of professional experience, including proven delivery of medium‑ to large‑scale residential projects in Ireland.
Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.
Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
