We welcome applications from Senior Architects who are interested in opportunities within our Belfast office. This role is suited to candidates with experience supporting projects across design and delivery stages, who are keen to contribute to a professional studio environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and external consultants.


Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

  • Prepare Feasibility studies and assist in the discussion and formulation of briefs.

  • Assist in the procurement of surveys, site investigations and preparation of reports.

  • Be proficient in the use of Revit for preparation and presentation of design proposals and technical drawing / production documentation using Revit and traditional methods.

  • Develop project briefs, design programme and deliverables lists and is familiar with methods of procurement and forms of contract.

  • Lead the detailed design process and co-ordination of detailed design information with input.

  • Manage and co-ordinate the design team and associated professional consultants with input.

  • Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory authority approvals.

  • Produce, manage, control and integrate design and production information.

  • Assist in the management / co-ordination of associated professionals

  • Assist in obtaining and evaluating tenders and assist in ensuring continual compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements

  • Assist in preparation of Programme schedules and undertake site inspections.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture.

  • Is registered with the RIAI.

  • Previous experience working on medium to large scale residential projects.

  • Thorough understanding and application of the Irish building regulations.

  • Strong design skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent Revit Skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
