Graduate Architectural Technologist - Limerick Office

We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join our Limerick Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high‑quality detailing. You will work closely and coordinate with architects and other building professionals to manage and ensure a project’s success.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

Contributing to design development from early stages through to technical delivery

Preparing planning, tender, and construction information

Assisting with coordination of design information and statutory submissions

Participating in project meetings and, where appropriate, site involvement

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture Technologist and working towards registration with RIAI.

Previous experience working on medium to large scale residential projects.

Thorough understanding and application of the Irish building regulations.

Strong design skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent Revit Skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
