Graduate Architect - Limerick Office

We are seeking a Graduate Architect with a strong interest in design to join our Limerick Office. We are looking for a highly motivated energetic person with excellent design, detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

• Contributing to design development from early stages through to technical delivery

• Preparing planning, tender, and construction information

• Assisting with coordination of design information and statutory submissions

• Participating in project meetings and, where appropriate, site involvement

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture and working towards registration with RIAI.

• Previous experience working on medium to large scale residential projects.

• Thorough understanding and application of the Irish building regulations.

• Strong design skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent Revit Skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
